Interested in applying your Japanese studies to a career? The Japan Internship Initiative connects U-M students with Japanese organizations and companies for summer internships. Our partner institutions range from local organizations affiliated with Japan, to Japan-based organizations led by U-M affiliates and alumni.
Students have the opportunity to explore their interests in Japan while cultivating their intercultural and professional skills. Employers are also able to recruit highly qualified, global-minded student interns that are motivated to learn and contribute to their team.
