M-LEAD Leadership Lens interviewed BLI Program Assistant (PA) Kaitlyn Colyer this fall! Kaitlyn is a senior studying Organizational Studies with minors in Music, Public Policy, and Spanish. She is a rank leader in the piccolo section of the Michigan Marching Band and the senior student leader of University Students Against Rape. She also serves as the Grants and Funding Program Assistant on the BLI PA team!
