Math in High School
There are a few paths in mathematics courses in high school. For students who may want to pursue a STEM-related career such as math, physics, or engineering, concluding high school math with Pre-Calculus or Calculus during senior year will be advantageous. For students who have interests in pursuing careers in social sciences, research, or similar fields, concluding high school math with Statistics could be wise.
U of M offers many courses and course modealities. To find more information about how changes are appvoed, visit LSA's Basic Guidelines.
