All University EMPLOYEES, except for CONFIDENTIAL RESOURCES, are required to share with ECRT details they receive in the scope of their University employment about PROHIBITED CONDUCT within 48 hours of receiving those details. This obligation does not apply to individuals who believe they may have experienced Prohibited Conduct, with respect to reporting their own experience. Anyone who believes they may have experienced Prohibited Conduct may choose whether or not to report their experience to the University and/or law enforcement. University EMPLOYEEs making a REPORT that does not involve their own experience of possible Prohibited Conduct (i.e., an EMPLOYEE fulfilling their reporting obligation rather than reporting that they believe they have personally experienced Prohibited
