We have scheduled an AEM version release on October 21, 2024. We are asking AEM Editors to ensure their homepage is set to be published by EOD Thursday, October 17th. LSA Technology Services will be updating and publishing your homepage to prepare your site for the new Support Component. AEM Web Editors should not make edits to their homepage starting Friday, October 18 - Wednesday, October 23rd. When the update occurs, the current color selection of your site and components will be updated to a corresponding color in the new color palette. LSA Technology Services will provide assistance for units to update the homepage to include the new Support CTA component. All content updates must be completed by October 17, 2024 at 3pm.

LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers and various network appliances. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable between 7:00 am Saturday, July 27 and 12:00pm Sunday, July 28. In addition, UMnet will be replacing our network switches at our south-of-campus data center.

While LSA Technology Services always attempt to avoid or minimize outages, the Research Computing and Infrastructure (RCI) team has three mid-semester maintenance weekends every year (typically near spring break, Art Fair, and the fall study break). RCI also reserves an 11:00 PM–1:00 AM nightly maintenance window for ad hoc maintenance with advanced warning to the affected audience.
