The National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID) is the publisher of Currents: Journal of Diversity Scholarship for Social Change and Spark. These two publications mobilize diversity scholars across the country to inform public knowledge and influence policy and practice. The NCID also partners with other publications to activate our networks of scholars and elevate scholarship on current social issues.
Our team also conducts rigorous diversity research and scholarship on complex issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We have published empirical studies, presented at academic conferences, and been featured in outlets such as the Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, and Diverse Issues in Higher Education.
