I am interested in ecosystem-scale patterns and processes, particularly in scaling up individual behaviour to understand ecosystem functions. My research spans across terrestrial and marine ecosystems and seeks to understand how organisms respond and adapt to local and global environmental changes, and how these responses scale up to influence population dynamics, community interactions, and ecosystem processes.
