About
My research principally is concentrated on the origin and evolution of small mammals in Mesoamerica, particularly cricetid rodents of the highlands of Southern Mexico and Northern Central America. It is of my interest the natural history, systematics, taxonomy and biogeography of small mammals across this region. My studies are focus on Neotropical small mammals, and are based on fieldwork, natural history collections, and have a laboratory component.
