The Barger Leadership Institute is launching a brand new initiative called the BLI Capstone Experience. Starting this Spring, the BLI Capstone Experience will support advanced undergraduates in the pursuit of significant collaborative leadership projects whose design, implementation and evaluation requires significant analytic work. This great opportunity provides project teams with the training, support, and resources to take their ideas to the next level and to have direct practical impact on their communities. The BLI is looking for students who have a passion for change, an idea, and a commitment to seeing their project through. Student projects can be local, national, or global in scope but will heavily depend on an evidence-based approach to leadership, utilizing data to help inform the planning process. 

Who can apply?
Any undergraduate at the University of Michigan who will be returning to campus for the 2016-2017 academic year. Interested students should complete this application and submit their application no later than March 25th.

The BLI will be holding an upcoming Capstone Experience Info Session on Friday, March 18th from 12:00pm - 1:00pm in Suite 2016 Ruthven Museums Building.
