In the 2011-2012 academic year, the Institute will expand the Fellows Program to a full year of activities, including faculty-facilitated workshops, peer coaching & collective reflection, social activities, events, and projects that improve the institute, the campus, and our communities. New workshops are currently being developed and will cover topics such as resilience, creativity, and leading in an ever-changing world. The Institute plans to specifically target freshman to participate as fellows and will continue to reach out across the university. The Institute has also created a formal system that allows current fellows to continue their involvement and engagement in the program: The Ambassadors Program.
