Strategic Insight & Program Development – The BLI's vision and direction as well as its programs draw deeply on our alumni partners. Help us shape BLI through involvement in working groups to define new programs and needs.
Access & Mentoring – Early access to the real work of leadership in many settings is essential to a student's development. Offer students a "behind the scenes" look at your leadership work and serve as a mentor to help them understand and apply what they discover.
Project Challenges & Coaching – Collaborative work is the cornerstone of the BLI leadership experience. Define a real world challenge you or your organization face and help us coach students as they work to tackle it.
