Instructor Note: I am passionate about developing the full spectrum of leadership, beginning with the foundational ability to lead oneself. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of developing talent at every level, from undergraduate students to senior executives. Those who practice mindful self-leadership are best prepared to lead others with clarity and purpose. This course emphasizes leadership readiness through the often-overlooked discipline of strategic followership: the ability to influence, contribute, and adapt under pressure from any role. You’ll learn how to lead from where you are, build trust in collaborative environments, and cultivate the authenticity and mindfulness that anchor resilient, impactful leadership. My goal is to equip you with leadership readiness tools to help you grow into a leader others are eager to follow and are trusted to lead sooner.
