Elizabeth Cain-Toth

Elizabeth manages the Applied Leadership Fellowship, oversees the marketing and communication initiatives at the Barger Leadership Institute.

Elizabeth thrives in the collaborative atmosphere of the BLI, where she values working alongside BLI students. She is dedicated to leading with compassion and fostering an environment where students feel inspired and empowered to become the leaders they aspire to be.

Elizabeth has a degree in Social Work and is committed to personal learning and growth. Currently, she is a graduate student in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan. 

Outside of work, she professionally spectates her kids many sports, wrangles two rambunctious labs, takes in as much live music and theater as possible, and gardens all summer long.
