Accelerated Master’s Degrees

The Accelerated Master’s Degree (AMD) program through PitE and SEAS is a Master’s program for qualifed Environment majors. Students applying for the AMD may pursue their master’s in areas like Behavior, Education, and Communication; Ecosystem Science & Management; Geospatial Data Science; Environmental Justice; Environmental Policy and Planning; Sustainability and Development; and Sustainable Systems.

There are two Accelerated Master's Degree programs open to undergraduates majoring in Environment:

1. Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability (MS) - Normally a 2 year program - 42 credits

2. Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) - Normally a 3 year program - 62 credits
