Graduate Student Instructor
About
Elizabeth McAvoy is a graduate student in the Department of Statistics pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science.
She is excited to work with COMPFOR students because of the program’s interdisciplinary nature and the opportunity to support students as they apply computing to their own fields of study. She especially enjoys learning about the diverse interests and perspectives represented across the program.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys watching the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Fever and playing video games.
Elizabeth serves as a GSI for COMPFOR 221: "Digital Media with Python" in FA26.
