RMC Shuttle Driver Kenya Williams
BSB PICKUP / DROP-OFF LOCATION – The primary BSB pickup or drop-off location will be at the front entrance of the U-M Museum of Natural History (UMMNH - https://lsa.umich.edu/ummnh).• The shuttle will pull into the “cut out” location on Washtenaw Ave marked below unless there are UMMNH events or school visits (e.g., bus or other vehicles). Please check the BSB loading dock area at the parking spots near Washtenaw Avenue if you do not see the van outside the UMMNH.
RMC PICKUP / DROP OFF LOCATION – RMC location will be at the front door of the RMC.
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONTACT – If you have any general questions, comments, or concerns, please contact Benjamin Hess (bmhess@umich.edu - EEB Museums Registrar) as the primary person, or contact the RMC Shuttle Driver (734-395-7836) for any daily needs (e.g., pickup timing, location, etc.).
COMMUNICATION – If there are issues with the timing of the routes, or changes in the schedule or service, we will communicate with the broader museum community as soon as possible.
