About
Ellen is a Michigan Society Fellow for 2020-2023.
As a postdoctoral fellow in the Jakob lab, she is looking at polyphosphate abundance and localization in the aging brain and how this may correlate with histological signatures of Alzheimer’s disease in mammalians. She also studies polyphosphate in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans under stress and aging conditions.
