NATALIE BISARO completed her BA with a major in Comparative Literature in April 2012.
ORIOL BURGOS-TSOFFAR was awarded a 2012 Comparative Literature First Year Essay Prize for his essay, “Human Waste: Existential Thought in The Waste Land and Waiting for Godot.” The essay was nominated by Tatjana Aleskic, Professor for Comp Lit 140 (“Welcome to the Twentieth Century,” Fall 2011).
ELI CAHAN was awarded a 2012 Comparative Literature First Year Essay Prize for his essay “Love, Notre Dame, and John McCain.” The essay was nominated by Rostom Mesli, Instructor for Comp Lit 122 (“Writing World Literatures, Winter 2012).
GABRIELLA MARTIN The Department of Comparative Literature awarded the 2012 Senior Prize in Literary Translation to Gabriella Martin, for translating into English three short stories by the Spanish author, Juan Jose Millas. Gabriella is a graduating senior in the Residential College, majoring in Spanish and Creative Writing.
ANNA MEGDELL received her BA with a major in Comparative Literature in April 2012.
DANIEL MONTGOMERY received his BA with a major in Comparative Literature in December 2011.
