Fall 2022 leadership roles in the Cognitive Science Community student organization are listed below. The application period is now closed.
E-Board Applications roles
- Finance Chair: CSC is a school sponsored organization. Due to this, we need a liaison with the University to correctly reimburse funds for certain activities the community engages in. This person will be an authorized signer for the organization.
- Social Event Chair: This person will plan and execute at least two university-sponsored social events per semester. They will coordinate/ collaborate with E-Board in running the events.
- External Relations Chair: This person will be in charge of contacting speakers (chosen by E-Board) for our speaker events and reserving the rooms for meetings. This involves communicating with speakers and faculty to invite and plan these events. They will be a liaison between the speakers and E-Board when establishing the calendar.
- Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer: This person will make all organization graphics including flyers for events, posts for the social media (advertising events, posting helpful infographics with info summary from speaker events, as well as run the CSC website).
