Fall Welcome Lunch Latina/o Studies (Roundtable follows)

Dear students, friends, and members of the Latina/o Studies Program:

Please mark your calendars for two events on Friday, September 14.

11:30am-12:30pm LATINA/O STUDIES FALL WELCOME LUNCH

12:30pm-2:30pm ROUNDTABLE ON COMMUNITY SERVICE AND SCHOLARSHIP with Elizabeth Moje (School of Education), Enid Rosario-Ramos (School of Education), Maria Cotera (Latina/o Studies, American Culture, and Women's Studies), Jennifer Peacock (American Culture), Lorraine GutiƩrrez (Psychology and Social Work) and Teresa Satterfield (Romance Languages and Literatures) (list in formation). Faculty and graduate and undergraduate students will speak about their personal community service, their community service courses, and how it relates to their research.

LOCATION: 3512 Haven Hall.
