A Week of Japan-related Programming for Youth and Families

The University of Michigan’s Center for Japanese Studies is partnering with community organizations to bring a week of Japan-related programming to the Ann Arbor area. This series of events, running from Sunday, June 14th through Saturday, June 20th, is targeted towards K-12 youth and families. Ann Arbor Japan Week will launch on Sunday, June 14th with a special free screening of Studio Ghibli’s When Marnie was There at the Michigan Theater in collaboration with their annual Cinetopia International Film Festival.
