If you answer YES to ANY of the following questions, your students must register their travel according to the requirements of the LSA Travel policy.
1. Did your LSA unit provide the student(s) with any financial support for this experience?
i.e. did your unit provide a grant, a scholarship, or travel reimbursement to the student(s)?
2. Are the student(s) in question LSA student(s) conducting research (or other academic work) that is required to earn their degree?
i.e. are the student(s) traveling to complete dissertation research or a required internship?
3. Are the student(s) receiving in-residence LSA credit for their time abroad?
4. Did the student(s) submit an application for their travel to your LSA department or unit?
If you answered yes to any of these, register your students!
