Cecilia Solís-Barroso was recently selected for induction into the Bouchet Graduate Honor Society at the University of Michigan.
She was selected from among an impressive group of extraordinary candidates after a careful review process. Cecilia's hard work, academic, professional, and personal achievements exemplify the ideals of the Society’s namesake, Dr. Edward Alexander Bouchet, in the core areas of Scholarship, Character, Leadership, Service, Advocacy, and Contribution to the Society. By virtue of this honor, Cecilia will become part of a national network of scholars who are setting the pace for the central roles of diversity, excellence, and innovation in graduate education.
