For Faculty
The Center for Middle Eastern and North African Studies offers grants and fellowships to CMENAS-affiliated faculty and non-UM scholars and educators to support MENA-related language instruction, curriculum development, travel, workshops, and research.
Title VI Grants for Professional Development & Conferences
A Title VI grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Education provides CMENAS with limited funds to support language instructors and faculty professional development and attendance at conferences. Any faculty member affiliated with CMENAS may fill out a request for funding consideration. Only one request per instructor/faculty member will be considered each year. All requests are contingent upon availability of Center funding. All requests will be reviewed in the order that they are submitted. CMENAS Faculty Funding Request »
