MCDB faculty member Dan Klionsky's autophagy work received mention in an Oct. 3, 2016 article found in Science.

This came as part of a discussion of the 2016 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, which was granted to Yoshinori Ohsumi for his discoveries of mechanisms for autophagy.
