The U-M Lurie Nanofabrication Facility (LNF) is organizing its annual Users Symposium, which may be of interest to many members of the Biology department. I've attached the event flyer and included an invitation below: could you post / forward the information to your community?
The LNF is a shared facility and offers easy access to equipment, processes and expert staff support for research on silicon devices and integrated circuits, MEMS and microsystems, III-V compound semiconductor devices, organic materials and devices, microfluidic/nanofluidic systems, advanced coating, patterning, nanofabrication technologies and bio applications. It is available for use by research groups from universities, government, and industry, and provides expertise to help and advise researchers with their projects.
Building upon the success of earlier events, we continue our annual tradition of bringing our community together to discuss problem solving, process tips, opportunities, professional networking and much more.
So, on Thursday, November 19, come out to the prestigious Gerald Ford Library on North Campus to attend the LNF Users Symposium: hear a keynote speech, listen to fellow users presentations, attend a poster session and enjoy excellent food!
The symposium is free and open to all. We hope that you can join us - if you are already an LNF user, please consider submitting a poster, we encourage you to reuse a poster from a recent conference. If you are not yet familiar with the LNF, it's a great opportunity to learn more! LNF tours will be provided to those interested.
