Undergradute Peer Writing Consultants
Our Writing Workshop is staffed by U-M Sweetland faculty and our Peer Writing Centers are staffed by U-M undergraduate students through our Peer Writing Consultation Program. Because of the way these services are structured, we currently do not offer independent tutoring positions or employ graduate students in these positions.
If you are an undergradute student at U-M interested in working at our Peer Writing Centers, please see our Peer Writing Consultant Program page for details on becoming a paid Writing Consultant. Starting pay is $15/hr with opportunities for raises as well as other paid tutoring opportunites. Consultants generally work 7-8 hours/week with opportunities for additional hours.
