Organizational Growth and Development through Positive Leadership and Marketing
My OS pathway is going to be focused on marketing, human resources, and decision-making. I would like to utilize the organizational studies major to give me a well-rounded background in each of these fields so I am well equipped to be a leader in many different business fields and will be able to combine the skills for all of these to be successful. I am passionate about helping others and being a positive leader in an organization while also utilizing my creative skills to develop and market an organization's brand to others.
