Positive Leadership Development, Creative Strategy, and Decision Analysis
My passion is to build great organizations, surrounding myself with people with the same discipline and vision as myself. In order to successfully build an organization, it requires leadership and compassion, but also creativity and vision. In the Organizational Studies program, my pathway focuses on positive leadership development, creative strategy, and decision analysis, to give myself a framework to become a successful entrepreneur. I am pursuing a minor in entrepreneurship to supplement technical skills into my well-rounded understanding of organizations.
