LGBTQ+ Task Force

Purpose

The LGBTQ+ Task Force (Q Force) aims to increase representation LGBTQ+ individuals in university and student leadership, allocate additional resources for mental health and physical health, and address hate crime targeted towards LGBTQ+ community members on campus. The LGBTQ+ Task Force will support LGBTQ+ individuals in higher leadership positions, increase mental health awarness, and address hate crimes (including, but not limited to, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, physical assault and verbal assault). The LGBTQ+ Task Force will work to ensure all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, and sexual orientation, as well as other forms of identity, are considered in all of the LGBTQ+ Task Force's efforts.
