I work on the cultural history of the early modern Iberian world.
My PhD dissertation studies the intersection of empire and voluntary kinship in colonial Spain from the perspective of the history of friendship.
I am also very much interested in Judaic Studies, and in particular in the history of the western Sephardi diaspora and in Jewish-Chrsitian polemics.
I studied history (MA) at the Adi Lautman Program for Outstanding Students at Tel-Aviv University, and Talmud at the Hadar Institute in New York.
