About
Julio Andres Blanco was educated at the University of Buenos Aires, University Torcuato DiTella and New York University, where he received his Ph.D in 2015. His major field of interest is macroeconomics, with special emphasis in monetary economics. He also works on frictional labor and financial markets. Julio is the recipient of various honors and awards, including the Dean's Dissertation Fellowship, the McCraken Fellowship at New York University and the Dissertation Intern Program in the Research Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
