Student-Mentor Relationships: Aligning Expectations

Our Student-Mentor Relationship workshops are designed with the student’s perspective in mind, to increase your confidence in managing the relationship with your mentor. One critical element of an effective mentor-mentee relationship is a shared understanding of what each person expects from the relationship. The “Aligning Expectations” workshop will focus on how you can establish clear goals and expectations with your mentor and handle personal and professional differences that may come up throughout your engagement.

The workshops are open to any undergraduate student on campus.
