Student-Mentor Relationships: Communication

Good communication is a key element of any relationship, and a mentoring relationship is no exception. Our Student-Mentor Relationship workshops are designed with the student’s perspective in mind, to increase your confidence in managing the relationship with your mentor. In the “Communication” workshop we will focus on developing strategies for effective communication, such as how to receive constructive feedback and communicate across varied backgrounds, disciplines, and positions of power.

The workshops are open to any undergraduate student on campus.
