Monday and Tuesday, December 11-12th

Monday, December 11th and Tuesday, December 12th are the last days to receive writing assistance at Sweetland's Writing Workshop and Peer Writing Center and satellite locations. Detailed hours and links to schedule an appointment can be found here.

If there are no current openings, you can add yourself to the waitlist by clicking on the clock icon next to the appointment date. When an opening occurs, an email notification goes out to everyone on the waitlist simultaneously. The appointment is up-for-grabs until a user logs in to the scheduling software and completes the appointment form.

After Classes End

We have a few additional opportunities for undergraduates to receive writing assistance after classes end. On Wednesday, December 13th, the Study Day Write-in will take place at the Peer Writing Center in Angell Hall (G219). Writing Consultants will be on-hand to provide writing advice.

From Thursday, December 14th - Sunday, December 17th, Sweetland Peer Writing Consultants will also be available at the Trotter House 72-Hour Study Break. We currently have 1-2 consultants scheduled from 1-10pm Thursday and Friday, 1-8pm Saturday, and 1-6pm Sunday.

Please note that consultations at these events are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Winter 2019 Schedule

Writing Workshop re-opens on the first day of Winter classes, January 3rd. Hours are 9am-5pm. The Peer Writing Center and its satellite locations open a few weeks later on Sunday, January 21st at 7pm. More information can be found on our Writing Support page.
