Doug Fletcher is the Director of LSA Scholarships. In his role, Doug directs the overall operations of the LSA Scholarships Office focusing on funding strategies that support the College and Institutional goals of access, opportunity, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Programs under the purview of the LSA Scholarships Office include recruitment scholarships for incoming first year students, transfer students, international students and the Passport Scholarship Program; scholarships for internship and study abroad experiences are awarded through the LSA Scholarships Office, in addition to student funding for experiential programs at Camp Davis, The Bio Station, the New England Literature Program, and Semester in Detroit. Additional scholarship programs serve returning LSA students for the Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer semesters and emergency fund support. The LSA Scholarships Office partners with college stakeholders in CSP, Summer Bridge, CGIS, LSA Opportunity Hub, Kessler Presidential Scholars and the U.P. Scholars by programs providing operational support to fund underserved and low income LSA students.
