Hub coaches work with you to identify your aspirations and co-create a plan for how to reach them.
However you interact—whether through a quick drop-in session, a more focused one-on-one appointment, or a small group workshop—coaches empower you to develop your professional identity. Together, you’ll design a strategy for fulfilling the goals and aspirations you have for yourself.
Some of the topics you might explore are:
- Figuring out your career interests
- Goal setting
- Funding options for internships
- Internship preparation and search
- Interview preparation
- Graduate school
- Volunteer, research, and other hands-on experience
- Connecting with LSA alumni
- Building your brand
- Résumé, cover letter, personal statement, or portfolio
- And more ....
Stop by during drop-in hours to meet with a coach for 20 minutes or less for any of the topics above. These informal sessions are also a great place to start if you’re still figuring out what you want to work on.
Monday–Thursday | 9–11:45 a.m.
We're located on the second floor of the LSA Building (500 S. State St., across from UMMA) in Suite 2005.
A 45-minute one-on-one appointment is a chance to go more in-depth with a coach, in-person or virtually. If there are specific materials you want to discuss, it’s helpful to have them ready on your laptop or in print.
Make an appointment by emailing email@example.com, calling 734-763-4674, or visiting the Hub between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
