Welcome, from Your Pre-Health Advisors!
Academic, curricular, and extracurricular choices are critical to preparing for your future career and personal goals. We look forward to meeting you and providing guidance on course requirements, volunteering and community service opportunities, campus involvement, clinical exposure, other practical experiences, and more.
Normally, you can schedule a pre-health appointment at the front desk of the Newnan Academic Advising Center (1255 Angell Hall) or by calling 734.764.0332. However, while we are employing measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, please request appointments by following the instructions on our Get Advising page. Please also consider using the pre-health office hours, linked below. The information on this website is not meant to take the place of meeting with a pre-health advisor.
If you are currently working with a prehealth advisor, feel free to email them directly if you have a question. If you have yet to meet with a prehealth advisor and would like to email them a question, please do not email all of them. Instead, send your question to email@example.com and your message will be forwarded to a prehealth advisor.
Pre-Health Advising Office Hours:
Meet with Pre-health advisors from the Newnan LSA Academic Advising Center to address any and all of your questions. Office hours are run on a drop-in (no appointment is needed), group based format, so bring questions you don't mind asking in front of your fellow students. You can stay 5 minutes for one question or hang out for longer, as you please. All U-M pre-health students (regardless of the school they're in) are welcome! Please look here for current information about pre-health office hours.
